does anybody know of a youtube channel that breaks down the technique and gives drills, that is legit. i am looking for one done by a good coach, not just some person that thinks they know what they are talking about.

If you want a good coach, I suggest you hire one. If you don't want to pay for good coaching, I suggest that you take what you can get.

Find a coach, a lot of guys willing to help ( like me ) a lot of guys not willing to listen.....books videos etc dont wasting your scratch.

I do have a couple guys cosching me. but it is hard to get together with them on a reqular basis. I am just looking for videos and tips for little things I can fix in between sessions with coaches. thanks for the info.

I would purchase the " Come to Shot Put Practice" glide/ rotation by Rob Lasorsa. DVD I think available some you tube clips.

Primal ATC has TONS of good vids and drills. Don't listen to the snobs. You can get tons of stuff out of this if you practice, drill and do a little home breakdown on video. |

Get the Pockoski Contrarian video series. If you can master their drills and possess decent joint mobility, you will be ahead of 90% of amateur HG stone throwers.
