does anybody know of a youtube channel that breaks down the technique and gives drills, that is legit. i am looking for one done by a good coach, not just some person that thinks they know what they are talking about.

If you want a good coach, I suggest you hire one. If you don't want to pay for good coaching, I suggest that you take what you can get.

There is a LOT of breakdown of technique on the Primal Athlete Training Center channel on YouTube!

https://www.youtube.com/user/PrimalATC

Primal ATC has TONS of good vids and drills. Don't listen to the snobs. You can get tons of stuff out of this if you practice, drill and do a little home breakdown on video.

Check out Dan O'Mara at Northern Iowa for rotational break down. His throwers have put up some numbers.

Get the Pockoski Contrarian video series. If you can master their drills and possess decent joint mobility, you will be ahead of 90% of amateur HG stone throwers.
