This is a well thought out, year long, approach to training for the games.

If anyone is struggling in their training, or aren't quite sure what to do as far as programming, I recommend you check this out.

im not new to training, but im new to the games and matt's programming and insight has been hugely helpful. i read this book all in one sitting and use it as a daily guide on how to get better and throw farther. i would highly recommend it to anyone looking to find a way to have strength and power in the weightroom translate to distance.

its legit and worth every penny.

I just ordered it, but I accidently deleted the email that came after I purchased it. Did I have to confirm anything on it? Is it still going to be shipped?

I did the first workout last night and was strict with it... Squats and Bench at 85%. The whole workout plus a few accessory excercises took less then 40 minutes. This Morning I was sore! Seriously have not felt this kind of soreness(Good) in awhile! Lookin forward to seeing this workout though! Thanks Matt!

I've run Matt's program for nearly 15 weeks now, starting with the off season strength block.  I'm finishing up the first speed block this week and will move into in season strength once I've completed my de-load.  I've seen great strength gains, and am very confident this program will have me in optimal shape to throw throughout this season.  Give my training log a look for specifics, and give this manual a shot!

I know Matt's busy boxing and shipping e-books, so I'll jump in here.  What you're looking for is:

Up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A, start.

You're welcome.

Awesome job Matty V!  This book is the real deal.  If you can get the word out you have an opportunity to touch a lot of people.  Oh and the book will help people out too.

Serously though I will be recommending this book to everyine I know who trains...it's endorsed by Wendler for crying out loud!

I got mine yesterday and briefly had a chance to look over the first few pages before real life intervened.  I am really looking forward to incorporating this training regimen, and looking forward to the results.  Thanks, Matt.

Also I want everyone to know that the money I have made from these first books I am taking and purchasing advertising on NASGA for a year.  This site is the only one we have for games information and I want to support it.
