Yeah, yeah. So I'm "soliciting". This is a 45+ foot LWFD toss at the Sacramento Callie Club Games at Woodland.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pyAeZCkVtaM Two things I know already: 1.) I need to wait in the back.....wait for it! 2.) I'm drifting through the sprint phase. I did a practice this morning where I focused on getting my feet around more quickly in the sprint phase/second turn and I popped out several throws in the 47-48 foot range. Any other comments welcome! |

Alan,
IMO, your form looks pretty good. Just need to concentrate on putting more ball speed and aggression on things. You drift a bit forward on your first turn, if you can tighten this up to get a longer sprint phase, it should help. You can move your left foot back about 3-6 inches or so as well, since you only move back a slight bit, give yourself as much room as possible, |

I second what hapy said. More aggression. The technique is fine. I would add one bit though. Take it with a grain of salt, cause im newer to this sport than you. The cast seems a little high on the first spin. Id try lowering it and casting at about shoulder height. |

movement looks good. Just needs more speed and intensity. The first spin should look slower than the second - yours sort of look the same speed.

Just food for thought, you seem to be blocking yourself off on the first turn with your left foot too far to the right side of the trig, which makes it that much harder for you to come around and not block yourself off on the release. Try landing that first turn with both your feet in a line down the middle of the trig to begin with (more open) and I think you will come around more quickly for your second turn.
