My first event ever will be in Texas in June I am 45, should I be in the masters class or the amature class, I know this is probabaly a stupid question but any help would be appreciated

I am in central Oklahoma the games I am going to are in Arlington, I have been looking for someone to train with around here but I havn't found anybody yet

Dude, Find Deakion (John Irvin) or Wayne Kearns, Frank Lamb, John Holt, Gary Robertson, Chewbacca Jones, Terri/Larry Ventress...the list goes on. LOTS of good athletes in Oklahoma.
