an argument could be made that this belongs in the nonsense forum, but...since when is food a subject of nonsense to a highland heavy athlete? so the poll is - who has todays best lunch? I'm currently experimenting in total gluttony with Wendy's new "triple cheese burger" holy crap its alot of burger. can't wait for the Lipitor prescription after this one!
so my vote in the preliminary round is triple classic with cheese whos got game? this should be interesting Edited by will barron |

This isn't even a contest. In-n-Out Burger wins hands down: animal style 6x6, an order of wellies, and two chocolate shakes. You can feel your arteries hardening as you wolf it all down. |

As I write this I'm thinking of all of you with sympathy...cause I'm eating a freshly made corned-beef sandwich about a 1lb of it smothered in russian dressing with melted swiss cheese on a toasted sub-roll..Fast food is good but home-made takes the cake(she makes that also) for me..!!

I will not be having this today, but if I were in Kansas City I may. Either a burnt end sandwich from Zarda BBQ or my favorite the Carolina sandwich from Oklahoma Joes. - That would be pulled pork topped with slaw and fries. Guess what games I am flying to in a month???? It is all about the Q! |

New? I was eating Wendy's triple with cheese as a freshman in high school 26 years ago in Connecticut. My lunch today will be nothing interesting. Tomorrow, though, I'm roasting a pig. Yeah, OK, so I have to share it with 55+ other people. It's still going to be damn good. |

When not dieting to maintain my girlish figure (hehe), sliced corn beef(brisket only) with melted swiss cheese, russian dressing, and kraut on grilled rye with fried onion rings!!! But when dieting... a cottage chese fruit platter with grapes, strawberries, peaches, pineapple, and sliced bananas...with a ground turkey burger patty...Yummy!!!

I totally forgot it was Cinco de Mayo, but I had a homemade chicken quesadilla with loads and loads of salsa on it... Of course, my two-year-old snagged about half of it, so after she's asleep, I'll make another one... And speaking of arteries slamming shut, I could really go for a barbeque chicken pan pizza with extra cheese from Pizza Hut. Eating for two is AWESOME!!! Edited by kansaswolf |

Yesterday I had a spinach and feta cheese egg white omelete with potatoes and rye toast. I honestly don't know who that guy in the mirror is anymore. Will and Dave, I had it down in the "strip." Will call me when you get to downing two triple cheese combos with a large frosty then we'll talk. Oh the grease... my sweet mistress! ~Jason |

Oh no my brother! There is a picture of me on the wall of the New Century Buffet! I am even learning a few Chinese words from the waitresses like, "You've got to be kidding me?!" And, 'Where does he put it all?" But they love me. I know because they cry when I arrive (just excited to see me I'm sure). |

I actually kind of disappointed myself today. Went to the buffet today and only managed 3 plates. I'm turning into a lightweight!

White Castles. Lots of them. LOOOOTTTTSSSS of them. The nice thing is is that they smell the same going out as they taste going in! For three days! It's a great conversation starter at the office!
