Delco - Interested in Highland Games (Women)

   Hi Discussion Board,
I'm a Delco women that threw in high school and watched a few highland games over the years - and I've been enjoying weightlifting. I had been thinking about competing for a few years to represent clan Graham and would love tips on how to get started. If there is anyone nearby that would like to train together I'm all for it!

	Whereabouts is Delco? As a an "old school" guy who gained so much knowledge from this forum and others, I hate to steer people away from it. HOWEVER, most of our groups are using Facebook to communicate upcoming games and training groups. You may have more luck getting into one of those groups, if you do use social media.
