Had bicep surgery three weeks ago, things went well. Cast is off and a new brace on. Started assisted range of movement from 30 to 100 degrees three times a day. Anyone have any advice, looks like a pretty long rehab to get back to throwing.
Yell loudly and carry a big stick...

Suggest a good hand therapist, doing the repair they cut through a lot of muscle that needs to fix itself. Loss of grip strength is a concern, the bicep muscle was not damaged, the tendon was. In the forearm the muscle was cut. A hand therapist will get your grip back and better than before.
Always warm the arm before therapy, and ice after. Sounds basic but it is important, you will get more out of each therapy session and be able to do it more often.

Do not stop training in the gym.  Use the other arm, dumbbell movements, machines with independent arm motion. Hip belt squats are good for the legs and are safe. 1 arm deads if you can get a loading pin, carabiner and a handle. There is a crossover, train one side and the other gets some benefit. Plus you will feel good, making gains in all new movements
Patience... it all comes back, sometimes better than before!
A year after my surgery hit a new PO on deads regular bar, using a double overhand hook grip. I blew the tendon on an over under grip on an axel dead, do not hitch on deads
